Volunteer Opportunity: YouTube Channel Lead for Maker Faire Orange County
We’re seeking a motivated individual who wants to manage and grow our Maker Faire Orange County YouTube channel. If you’re passionate about video creation—or eager to learn—and want to get more involved in the maker community, this opportunity is for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Develop a list of video topics and coordinate with staff on content ideas
- Plan video structures and storylines
- Oversee production, whether it’s filming events, touring our lab, or vlogging makerspace creations
- Collaborate with staff as on-camera personalities or perform voice-overs
- Manage video editing and post-production for high-quality releases
